Meet Jenn

Hi, I'm Jenn—founder of Jenn's Pup Concierge, lifelong dog lover and proud pup mom.

At home, I'm a wife, mom and pup mom to a pack with personalities all their own. To our family, dogs aren't simply pets who happen to live in the house. They're part of our routines, our memories and a whole lot of our laughter.

For more than 15 years, I've gained hands-on experience caring for and working with dogs of different ages, sizes, breeds, personalities and temperaments. That experience has taught me something important: no two pups are exactly alike, and their care shouldn't be either.

How Jenn's Pup Concierge Began

Jenn's Pup Concierge grew from seeing a need for pet care that felt more personal.

Life gets busy. Plans change. And families don't always need traditional daycare, boarding, grooming or a standard dog walker. Sometimes they simply need someone they trust to step in—whether that's for a midday check-in, extra companionship, transportation, an overnight stay or something special designed around their pup.

I wanted to create an option that didn't force every family into the same pet-care box. That's why Jenn's Pup Concierge is built around the individual pup—their personality, routine, comfort level and the things that help them feel safe and happy.

Care Begins With Trust

Before anything else, I believe great care starts with trust.

I take the time to learn each pup's personality, body language, routines, likes, dislikes and quirks. As a pup mom myself, I understand how much it means to place someone you love in another person's care.

Here, your pup isn't "just a dog." They're family.

A Bigger Purpose

Rescue and adoption advocacy are also close to my heart. I've seen what patience, security and a loving home can mean in a dog's life.

As Jenn's Pup Concierge grows, my goal is to use the business and its community to support rescue organizations, raise awareness for pups in need and help encourage adoption whenever possible.
