What is a pup concierge?
A pup concierge provides flexible, personalized pet care built around each pup's personality, routine and needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Services range from quick visits and companionship to overnight stays, transportation, enrichment outings and celebrations.
What areas do you serve?
Jenn's Pup Concierge serves Hickory, NC and clients within approximately a 10-mile local service area.
How do I book?

Do you offer complimentary Meet & Greets?
Yes. New clients may receive up to two complimentary Meet & Greet appointments within the local 10-mile service area. Additional Meet & Greets are $25 each.
How many pets are included?
Many services include up to two pets from the same household. When pups receive the same type of care together, eligible additional pets may generally be added for $10 per pup.
Do you offer overnight care?
Yes. The Retreat Short Stay covers 1-3 consecutive nights starting at $95 per night, and the Extended Stay covers 4 or more consecutive nights starting at $85 per night. Both include up to two pets from the same household.
Is The Retreat traditional boarding?
No. The Retreat is a home-style overnight stay where your pup becomes part of the household and receives care built around their familiar routines and preferences.
Do you provide dog training?
Pawsitive Foundations offers foundational training support focused on basic cues, leash manners, confidence and routines using positive reinforcement. Jenn is a self-taught trainer with more than 15 years of hands-on experience and is not currently a certified professional dog trainer.
Do you handle aggressive dogs?
No. Pawsitive Foundations does not cover aggression or complex behavioral issues. When a pup's needs fall outside the scope of these services, a qualified professional may be recommended.
Is Fresh & Fluff grooming?
No. Fresh & Fluff is a gentle between-grooming refresh that may include a bath, brushing, de-shedding and light coat maintenance. Haircuts, styling and nail trims are not included.
Is Pup Tales Lounge daycare?
No. The Pup Tales Lounge is a limited-availability, select-weekend social experience: a 4-hour home-style hangout for friendly, well-socialized pups, with a maximum of four pups.
Do you provide pet transportation?
Yes. The Pup Chauffeur provides transportation to veterinary appointments, grooming appointments and other pet-related destinations, starting at $25 one-way within 10 miles.
